I help working professionals who suffer from posture-related issues and back pain achieve a better and happier lifestyle.

Back pain is one of the most common physical issues I came across throughout my career.
With the right level of support and an adapted exercise plan, it is possible to overcome it!

I work mainly on a one-on-one basis, which means that you will have my full attention and get to your goals faster.
As I also work mainly online, you will have the flexibility of getting the support you need from wherever you are located in the world.

Melissa is a fantastic Pilates teacher and I recommend her to anyone looking to develop a well-structured and thoughtful Pilates practice in their life! I have been doing Pilates for almost 7 years now and have had many teachers during this time - Melissa is definitely one of the best. She is really precise and attentive to her clients' specific individual needs. She is constantly learning and teaching herself new methods, and applies these in class in a thoughtful and deliberate way.

Mélissa is an excellent Pilates instructor. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I started doing Pilates a few years ago when I was really fed up with back pain. Having had a desk job for many years, my posture was poor and I had no real awareness of how I moved around. I have now been doing Pilates with Mélissa almost every week for over 4 years and it has been transformational for me. She tailors all my work outs to my specific needs. She has an incredible eye for detail and will always make sure I adjust my position to get everything I can out of every exercise. After 4 years, it can still feel like a revelation. Every session is fun and Mélissa is very encouraging. Most importantly, she really cares about what she is doing, the progress you are making and she motivates you to challenge yourself to develop further and feel the benefits every time. No more back pain!
